user event (suitescript) execution through suitetalk

Hi,

I been trying to incorporate, or execute per se, a User event script, I have an after submit script that will create a corresponding subjournal entry for my customer payment, but to my luck, it doesn't work as far as my php create the customer payment.

Any help would be much appreciated.
