C# Promotion Code Errors In Web Service
We have an application that uses a Netsuite web service to update dept/class in SalesOrders and it had worked well. However, within the last month (exactly when 2.2 was released) we have experienced orders not updating and error handling has shown that if the order contains a Promotion Code it throws an error and will not update because the PromoCode information was not included in the order update web service call.
We need to find more information on how to retrieve the PromoCode information for the order and exactly how to include it in the sales order update call so that the updates will succeed. We have not yet found clear information about how this all fits in object structures.
