Images uploaded to SITE folder not showing right away?

Is anyone else having a problem where the images uploaded to the SITE folder do not show up on the website right away?

I just uploaded an image, I checked inside netsuite, the image is there, I click on edit and Netsuite provides the following URLs for the file:

URL  http://www.deiequipment.com/site/temp187-170.gif  
URL  http://deiequipment.com/site/temp187-170.gif  
URL  http://shopping.netsuite.com/c.xxxxxx/site/temp187-170.gif  
URL  https://checkout.netsuite.com/c.xxxxxx/site/temp187-170.gif  
URL  https://system.netsuite.com/c.xxxxxx/site/temp187-170.gif

The only URLs that work are checkout and system, everything else gives an error "page not found"
