Links to different steps in the checkout process

Hi there,

I'm trying to customize the checkout process in our web site, and I'd like to know if (and how) it's possible to enable links in the breadcrumbs at the top of the checkout pages.

That is, the "Register   »   Address   »   Shipping   »   Payment    »   Review & Submit" stuff is showing up as read-only to me, but I've seen that in other sites using NetSuite, they are actyally links. How can I acheive that?
