Adwords and Keyword Campaign

We have been advertising with Adwords for a while.  We now want to integrate this into NS.  We set up a campaign, set up the custom URLs, everything in the instructions.

We had 24 people click through today.  At least that what Adwords tells us.  NS shows no activity.  I must have missed something.  Can anyone help?
