Whats wrong with checkout???

Hi,

We are receiving emails and our checkout abandonment has gone up 5%. The problem we have is that some customers after registering are redirected to the Payment Page, and not Address, Shipping and THEN payment page.

PLEASE NS, check this issue and try to fix it. The 11.0.6 brought this newbie on board.
