Google Adwords - Netsuite monitoring?
I have been trying to use Netsuite "Lists/CRM/Campaigns" to monitor my click-through rate /revenue for Google Adwords but I cannot get it to show any results.
The first thing I did is to create the keywords in Netsuite:-
This then provided me with landing page URL's for Google set as follows:-
However, Netsuite does not seem to be picking up the leadsource and collating any statistics, so I have no idea of my conversion rate or revenue or ROI.
Where am I going wrong I cannot see any other settings to make this work. I have tried calling Gold Support but the agents I speak to are not experts in this area and each time I call I am put on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time while they go and talk to someone who knows more. However despite three calls each lasting over 50 minutes, I still do not have any clue why this does not work.
