Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

PO Fields NOT Populating When Generating from Sales Order
We have a bunch of items that can either be backordered, or special ordered (as Netsuite defines it).
Tonight I noticed that when generating a Purchase Order from an existing Sales Order (because 0 stock or whatever), many of the item fields that I have defined for my Custom Purchase Order Form were not being populated.
After some fiddling around, it seems like all Netsuite does is take whatever information was grabbed at the time of the Sales Order, and push that on through to the Purchase Order. Naturally, there are MANY fields that are necessary for a Purchase Order, that would be totally useless to show at the time of a Sales Order. (i.e. for items that you would never backorder or special order?)
