Best way to make a Custom Product Feed?

Hi all,

I understand Netsuite has Product Feed functionality for a few comparison search websites.  What is the best way to create custom feeds for other sites that are not supported by Netsuite out of the box, like a PriceGrabber?

I think there was a place to customize all this pre-2007 release, but I don't see anything like it since the new release.
