Implementation: Drop in Internet Sales?

Hi All,

We implemented NetSuite in late March/early April of this year and we noticed immediately that our Internet sales numbers dropped dramatically.  We went from being well above forecast for the first quarter to well below forecast for Quarters 2 and 3 of this year.  I'm not sure if this is due entirely to the NetSuite implementation but I have heard from some folks that on switching to the NS store, their website hits have decreased and taken some time to normalize.  I wonder how much this impacts sales (if at all) and whether there's anything to be done for it.
