Related Items Disappear

If you choose to add the Item Name/Code to your cart page the following occurs on our site.

1. Add an item which has related items.
2. At the cart page the Item Name/Code is a link back to the page. However if you click the link (rather than the Continue Shopping button) you go back to the product page but the page no longer shows the Related Items.

The happens using Internet Explorer Ver. 7

Anybody else have this problem.?
