Customer Password Modification

We have customers contacting us, wishing to change / modify / update their password for accessing our site.  Does anyone know if this is an available feature? 

When modifying the Customer Center preferences, I see no option to allow for resetting passwords.  Customers can modify shipping and billing addresses, but there is no mention of modifying passwords.

I've been told by NetSuite Support this functionality isn't available (Case # 623524), but I've heard that for available functionality before, so I wanted to check on here.
