Default Package Type and Fedex Ground

Hi

When i select Fedex Envelope ad Default Package Type FEDEX ground option does not appear at shipping items (checkout). If i select your packaging everything is  OK. But i have to use fedex envelope for FEDEX except ground option. What should i do?
