Customer Generated Quote?

Is there a way for customers to get a quote (aka estimate) from our webstore? Are items are expensive and we've had a high number of customers ask for quotes so they could get internal approval before buying. If there's no standard way to do this in NetSuite, is it possible to make a generic PDF quote available for download?
