How to have a 20% sale on all bags?

I have searched this forum to figure out 2 things but couldn't get a definitive answer:

1 - If I want to have a sale on all my bags for 1 week only, how can I update the price of 30 bags at the same time (either by importing prices, or direct list editing), and then change them back when the sale ends?  I don't want to have to edit each bag to change the price.

2 - If I have 100 bodyboards (they are all matrix items by the way) and I want to update the prices of them all (not by a particular percentage, just a random amount for each) is there an easy way to do this without having to directly edit each individual bodyboard?
