Customer Center "My Account" changes

I have asked this question before and I still have not got a straight answer that solves my problem. I need to remove some of the options under the "My Account" options I need to remove are:

Billing - REMOVE ALL
   Make a Payment
   Print a Statement
   See A/R Register
   See All Transactions

Orders -
   Enter an Order - REMOVE
   See Orders - THESE DON'T SHOW ANYTHING - Do They Work AT All?
   See Estimates - THESE DON'T SHOW ANYTHING - Do They Work AT All?
   Request a Return
   See Return Requests
   Re-order Items

Support
   Contact Support
   See Support Service Calls
