Item not taken off-line in IE. Firefox and Safari are ok.
When I un-check the "Display in Web Site" box on an item record, the item is NOT removed from the web store in categories in IE only. Clicking on the item gives a "This item is no longer available" message, so Netsuite knows that the box is unchecked. The item list (using <NLITEMLIST>) is not respecting that.
The support rep suggested saving the item record 5 times to "make it stick" but that makes no sense given that Firefox and Safari are fine.
What mechanism does Netsuite use to hide these items?

EDIT: See here. The second child "Sam" only displays in IE and clicking on her picture shows that she is not available.
