Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Partner Code permanently stuck in Browser's cookies
We made parter specific NetSuite Promotional URL. We used the promotional URL's Additional Parameters feature so that it adds a cookie that lets NetSuite know that any customer that arrived at that unique URL belongs to a specific partner. The name of the partner was "Test-Partner".
I have cleared NS cookies and the cookies related to our webstore, but whenever I go to our webstore and order for a customer ...it sets up the new customer as belonging to the "Test-Partner". I then cleared ALL cookies and the cache (This is in FireFox on a mac). It still remembers the "Test-Partner" setting and automatically shows it in the shopping cart where it asks for "Partner Code" in the first page of store check-out.
