Does netsuite support cXML and Punchout?

Does Netsuite support "Punchout" or cXML? I have a customer requesting that we integrate with their system via cXML and Punchout.

I searched the forums for both "Punchout" and cXML with no results found.
I found this info online concerning "Punchout":
