customizing confirmation emails/alerts

Hi,

I could not locate any of the Order Received, Order Approved, Order Canceled emails that are set under Email tab in Web Site Setup. I could only find the one that says Order Fulfilled which was  in Accounting > Preferences > Customize Fulfillment Email. Is it even possible to customize those?
