Questions before diving into eBay module

EDIT 11/14/08:  Please feel free to peruse this entire thread - there have been a lot of issues - but if you're considering the eBay module, be aware of the age of some of these posts, with more recent developments detailed toward the end of the thread!  Sometimes there are happy endings  -Brian

We've got the eBay module, and are about to begin testing, but before triggering anything official, I wanted to get some clarification on behavior - either from NS employees or from other ebay module users

We already have a very active eBay presense with a couple hundred items up and running (all done manually through the eBay UI).
