I have built a custom form for creating customers. Let's call this the "sign-up form"
Using multiple promotional url's, I am passing a value to the field <NLPROMOCODE>. This populates correctly on the form.
Now, just incase people don't want to give us all their details before seeing the site, I have put it a link saying "click here to browse first. come back to this form to obtain your member pricing (opens in new tab)"
