Shopping Cart Abandonment Email Service for NetSuite

We knew how important it is to remind customers that they left items in their shopping cart that we began searching for a solution. 

Visitors who started but have not completed the checkout process are closer to making a purchasing decision. Studies have shown that you can increase conversion rates by as much as 48% if you follow up with potential customers who abandoned the checkout process. Don't give up on them so easily.

NetSuite offers an very basic option to do so if you own their NetSuite Analytics module – something that is very costly.  In addition, there is no way to track whether a customer actually placed the order and thus eliminating the need to continue to send follow up email reminders.
