Wrong pricing on website yesterday?
Yesterday a customer saw discounted pricing for at least of our items on our website while not logged in.
Discounted pricing is only supposed to be available when customers are logged in but she sent us a screenshot of one of our item pages in Firefox 3.6 showing this.
I wasn't able to replicate the issue in Firefox 3.6 and when she restarted firefox and used IE, the issue resolved itself in both browsers.
Did anyone else have that problem though? It was either a Netsuite glitch or a Javascript browser glitch and I wish I could figure out which.
If it was a Javascript glitch, then the user did in fact log in, and instead it was the "Welcome to our site, Insert Name Here" dynamic text that was glitching... except then I don't know why only two Javascript pieces would have stopped working instead of all of it.
