NS fake tracking number

Not sure if this is the right section of forum but it seemed best here.  We use PaceJet for fulfillment.  NS's native abilities are weak for any type of normal shipping/fulfillment.  Right now what we have noticed is that NS creates a "fake" tracking number and sends and e-mail to our customers with that information.   PaceJet then creates a tracking e-mail from there client and sends that to the customer(we are working with them to get that radio button turned off, it is fun because they say we have to do it manually through the PJ UI for every fulfilled
