Instructions for CSR generation
We got the new SSL module so we can use our own SSL certificate and keep our domain during check instead of checkout.netsuite.com
Turns out you have to generate your own CSR - Netsuite doesn't do this unlike other ecommerce hosts.
Support didn't appear to be trained on this yet (couldn't help me) but fortunately our sales rep was able to send us instructions so I am posting the step-by-step in case anyone else needs this.

I downloaded the first link, the Light version. I installed it into a /bin directory on my C: drive, then navigated to c:\openssl-win32\bin in the command prompt. From there I entered the command:
