One of five websites not working

This is an odd one for us. One of our websites has been down for about half an hour. We run five sites and usually when one goes down they all go down. Right now 4 are working fine and one isn't working at all. Internally Netsuite is also working fine. No one has made any changes on our side. Has anyone encountered something like this before? It seems like it wouldn't be a domain hosting issue since the others are not affected?
The affected site is www.clothdiaper.com by the way.
Has anyone else encountered this before? Any ideas?
