Comparison Shopping Engine Feeds

Anyone created a Saved Search (or other means of exporting ALL products) to comparison shopping engines?

We are looking to import BOTH the "parent" AND "child" relationships in the feed.

Also, once the feed is created, is there a way to place it on a FTP or URL automatically?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
