Netsuite page loads for mobile and web

Google Webmaster tools has a page load test and provides recommendations for Mobile and Web regarding home page loads.  I believe these are outside my control to "fix".    I will submit a case for support but was wondering...

Is there anything I can do to fix these recommendations and if not,
NetSuite.  Can any of these recommendations be fixed?

Google list these items as a "Must" fix for mobile and "should" fix for web
