Customer Center: Web Store defect 280420, customers can't change password.
It appears the newly (Nov 2013) introduced feature to reset one's password via the Customer Center is rather broken. Anyone else have an open issue associated with this defect? We've had this S2 defect open for about a month.
Symptom: Customers clicking the "click here if you've forgotten your password" link are told they are not registered as a customer at our Web Store.
NetSuite support says: We have filed the following defect on your behalf.
Defect #280420 - Web Store > My Account > Login > Click here if you've forgotten your password : Error " The supplied email has not been registered as a customer at our Web store"
