Checkout error tickets
Over the past few days we have had several checkout errors tickets sent to us. This has been happening more frequently than we would like.
We have also had customs complain that they cannot check out because they cannot pick the state abbreviation to check out. (see sample below).
Why do we get error tickets and not error codes so we can know what has happen ?
I am trying to order I get to the shipping form, I fill it out and select this is my billing address and a popup comes up saying to add my 2 letter state to the billing form and I don't see where I can add 2 letters when the form has my state spelled out. I can't move forward to order. Can you direct me to the billing form or how to post the shipping/billing address?
