SAML usage with ADFS2.0 Primary Authentication Method Redirect Failure

Hey guys. we have an urgent issue we are trying resolve.
We set up SAML with ADFS2.0 and it seems to work fine when it's initiated from IDP. When it's initiated by clicking on the NetSuite URL along with compid URL parameter, it fails. We have it all set up to be used as primary authentication method on NetSuite side.

When tracked via SAML tracker, we see that when the URL is redirected it is NOT making SAMLRequest. We don't see the same behavior as when it makes request from IDP.

Has anyone see this behavior before? If so, have you gotten around this issue?
