Increase limit of 50 items per page in Sitebuilder layouts?

Is there any way to increase the limit of 50 items per page in Sitebuilder layouts?  I imagine it made sense 10 years ago when we started using the product but it seems like an unnecessary limitation at this point.  Any workarounds for this issue?

PS: Switching to SCA is not the answer I'm looking for.
