How to set up a secure custom checkout url

We are using secure domain in the web store now and it works well.
https://www.mydomain.com
We got SSL from Godaddy and set up www. CNAME pointing to www.mydomain.com.hosting.netsuite.com

We want to use https://checkout.mydomain.com instead of Netsuite checkout domain: https://checkout.na3.netsuite.com

questions:
1. We got Certificate and CA Certificate files from Godaddy. They are for the www.mydomain.com. Can we use the same two files for checkout.mydomain.com? Godaddy allows us to use SSL for 5 domains.
2. In the SCA website set up, we see  "Checkout URL
