SuiteBuilder: How do you Update Bookmarks and Links?

Hi Everyone,

I'm not too familiar with suitebuilder but I had a vendor create an online form and I access to via a webpage with a url with the following naming convention http://shopping.netsuite.com/c.myaccid?myid=819605## please note I modified the url and removed my ns account id. the "blind_page_3.html" file that's referenced in the url is located in my website hosting files folder in suitebuilder. I want to update the html file and created a new html file and name it blnd_page_dev.html but when I open the url using the new html file I get a message stating:

Howdy, Stranger!
