Filter Standard Reminders - Return Authorizations

We are breaking up our Return Authorization processes by a custom field of Order Processor, which is really a Customer Service rep.  They would like to have the standard reminders to be filtered to show only their RAs and unassigned, yet when the reminder is selected the correct RA page is presented.

I can customize and filter the RA pages but I do not know how to address the reminders.  Your assistance would be much appreciated.

We're new to NetSuite and went into production in July 2012.  I've been using the NetSuite User Group as a resource to assist us with our growing pains.  This is my first post, please be kind.
