I am sure a few of you have come across this - I am surprised not to have read a lot more about it on this fourm.

It is the old chesnut of unsubscribe field being required on Online Customer Registration Forms, otherwise a new lead defaults to unsubscribe.

I can't believe this 'feature'

We are new Netsuite users, just launching a new site. I am about to send out our first newsletter - great.....

On the newsletter and on the main site, we have links to an Information Item With Online Form & Download. From here people can enter their details and then download a free MP3.
