Case messages & author
We are using NetSuite's case management and are using the "Messages" function to add in notes etc...
We have set it up so that it does not automatically send a message to the customer when we input a "new message". However, everytime a support rep adds a message, the author column always shows the customer name and not the actual rep who created the message.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting that will show you the true author?
