Daily newsletter sent from netsuite

My company currently has a daily email newsletter that we send out Monday through Friday using an outside mass emailing service, but I have been tasked with investigating the possibility of running our newsletter out of netsuite. I know that Skyytek runs their newsletter directly from netsuite and it works well for them (it's a great newsletter and gets through my company's spam filter no problem), but I have a few concerns/questions I hope I can get answers to here.

cost - our subscriber base is around 20,000 emails, so we would be sending an average of 400,000 emails a month.  I know fees start getting charged after a certain number of emails sent but I can't recall what that number is.
