Netsuite Email campaigns getting Caught in SPAM Filters?

Has anyone gauged the effectiveness or thru-put of mass emails sent by the software?  I did a test on a few and didn't get any response.  I have some concern most marketing emails from NS go directly to people SPAM folder because of the domain being from Netsuite and the reply-to another address.

Any workarounds on this?
