Does NS have Commits (Similar to Sales Force)

We switched from Sales Force and cannot find an option similar to their Commits function (whereby a sales person marks an opportunity as committed - i.e. it is going to close this month and presses a button that saves it in Sales Force and then a report can be run on what the sales person committed to that month).

We use this to hold our sales people accountable.

Anything like that in NetSuite?
