I know that you can set a global signature preference at "home > settings > set preferences > User Profile".  The problem is that when I answer a case, I don't always want to use the same signature.  Depending on the case, I may use signatures like...

We want a pull down right by the text box where we type the answer to cases.  The pull down would list the signatures that we set up and selecting one would just instantly paste the selected signature onto the end of the case reply that has been entered.  I know that we could probably use solutions as holding place for signatures, but that takes more clicks and it would be too cumbersome.  Plus, we would rather reserve the solution area for "solutions" and not signatures.
