Duplicate record Merge -- viewing customers separately from leads??? Subsidiaries???
We have dome problems with the duplicate record detection and merging... Netsuite currently thinks that have about ten thousand (guess) duplicate customers in our system (about 4 thousand groups of duplicates ranging from two items per group up to about 15).
However, many of our dupes are leads (in fact almost all of them are) and only a few a customers... Is there a way to view ONLY the customer duplicates WITHOUT the leads or prospects?
Also, we currently see the dupes across subsidiaries. However, these can not be merged etc. so why does our system detect them?
AND
What the hell is up the 10 record merge limit!!!
