Show me your support portal!

We are trying to decide if we are going to move our support portal from a different database system over to NetSuite. We don't sell anything online- this would strictly be a place to put our knowledgebase, training videos, requests for support, etc.

If anyone has a site like this up and running I would really appreciate seeing it!
