Email Campaigns/ Intergrating with third parties or creating templates

Hi,

I'm relatively new to netsuite. I've sent out quite a few email campaigns now. However I'd like to use a template system where I can simply add images and text reather than creating the entire email for scratch each time (not having great html skills myself).

My web desingers tell me this is not possible in netsuite and that I should intergrate a system like mailchimp. I'm wondering if anyone has any experiance intergrating a system like this or ideally any experiance managing templates issue within netsuite?
