Items Listed for Opportunity

Hi,

   When I  go to add an Item to an Opportunity I see the list of Items as set up for our version of NetCRM (in the "Items" list) , but I also have 4 additional entries to the list shown that I cannot track down:-
   Partner Discount
   Billable Expense Markup
   Subtotal
   Description

   Does anyone know if these are "standard" items (& if so is there any way of suppressing them from appearing)?
   Or have I missed something and have these been set up as a customisation somewhere that I haven't managed to track down (& if so any ideas)?
