Sales Orders not sending an acknowledgement email
Our customers receive Sales Orders via email but we do not receive the same email even though we are clearly CC'd on the email.
Usual Spam filter measures checked and no sign of any NS emails (all are let through).
When our customers acknowledge the Sales Order we do not receive this notification either.
Is there a setting controlling this, does anyone know?
