Canada rate conversion & payments

We are currently estatblishing a warehouse and distribution system in Canada. We need to find out how to set up the rate conversion from CA dollar to US dollar in netsuite for sales and how to handle payments.

Please provide any information or direct us to other threads or NS materials that thoroughly explain this. Thanks.
