SuiteSolutions - Heard rumor they were going to become free

I was at a NetSuite Partner training for SuiteSuccess and heard there that SuiteSolutions were going to become Free instead of Chargeable.  Not sure if that was only for Suite Success customers?  I have legacy Pre-SuiteSuccess customers who could definitely benefit from a couple of them (Vendor Prepayment, Chargebacks, Consolidated Invoicing)

Does anyone know the straight scoop?
