Scheduling Reports & Searches
I've scheduled multiple reports and searches for ending balances to run on the first day of the month at midnight, 1AM, 2AM, etc. They all are created in a timely manner on the 2nd of each month. This has happened consistently since I set them up a year ago. I think it's because to get a balance (inventory, cash, etc.) the system can't create a report showing the balance for that day until that day is done. I actually want to know the balance as of the end of the month, but can find a way to schedule it for
